Dagbjört is the COO and the Head of Legal and started working at Heimar in April 2016. 

Dagbjört is a board member of Reykir fasteignafélag ehf., FM-hús ehf., Hafnarslóð ehf., Hörðuvellir ehf., Sóltún fasteign ehf., Reginn skrifstofusetur ehf. and Klasi ehf. Dagbjört is also a deputy on the board of HTO ehf., Eignarhaldsfélagið Smáralind ehf., Smáralind ehf., RA 18 ehf., CCI fasteignir ehf. and Dvergshöfði 4 ehf. 

Previously, Dagbjört worked for 6 years at the law firm Juris slf. and for 3 years in the private banking and legal departments of Landsbankinn hf. 

Dagbjört completed her master's degree (mag.jur.) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Iceland in 2007 and studies to become a district court attorney in the same year.
