Páll is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), as well as managing leasing and coordinating leasing matters at the company. Páll has worked as the managing director of Heimar's subsidiaries since 2016, and was previously the company's Property Management department manager. 

Páll is a deputy in the following subsidiaries of Reginn hf.: Reginn Atvinnuhúsnæði ehf., Kvikmyndahöllin ehf., Knatthöllin ehf., RA 5 ehf., FM-hús ehf., Hafnarslóð ehf., Hörðuvellir ehf., Reykir fasteignafélag ehf., HTO ehf., Reginn Skrifstofusetur ehf. and CCI fasteignir ehf. 

Páll is a civil engineer M.Sc. from Reykjavík University in 2011 and construction technician from the same school in 2009. Páll is also an educated builder and has completed both a journeyman's exam and a master's degree.
