Eyþór is the Chief Financial Officer. He oversees finance, analysis, and information technology. Eyþór assumed the role in September 2024.

Previously, he led the Information and Analysis unit and has been with the company since 2014, working in analysis, data management, and contributing to business development.

Eyþór is also a board member of Rekstrarfélag Egilshallar ehf.

Before that, Eyþór worked as an engineer (B.Sc.) in the construction division of the Icelandic Road and Coastal Administration (Vegagerðin).

He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing (MAcc) from Reykjavík University (2021) and an M.Sc. degree in Financial Economics from the University of Iceland (2012). He completed a B.Sc. degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering in 2011 and also holds a journeyman’s certificate in carpentry from 2006.
