The new hub of the capital area

Smárinn in Kópavogur is in the center of the capital area and is one of the company's core areas.
In Smárinn, Heimar has developed a diverse mix of properties for retail, restaurants, entertainment, and office space. Smáralind is the largest shopping center in the country and is also the heart of the area. Around 100 businesses operate within Smáralind, which receives approximately 4 million visitors annually.

Silfursmári is the newest addition to the Smári area, where Heimar offers modern and exceptionally well-located retail and service spaces for lease, right next to Smáralind.
